Responsibilities:
The primary function of this position is to develop and direct all strategic, program, and product plans for the Automotive Aftermarket space. The core responsibilities include establishing direction and oversight for strategic planning, business development, sales performance, and channel development and service solutions. 
Directing the organizations day-to-day activities including, but not limited to the product planning and development, product marketing, and program execution. 
Responsible for chemical related merchandising material development. Able to give training on the related products.
Responsible for managing the product life cycle through sustained broad oversight for the strategic business plan development and execution for the product.
Achieves or exceeds regional profit plans by developing and executing strategies for profitably launching new programs and managing budget to ensure operational and financial goals are met. 
Utilizing input to ensure that the product plans and program execution meets end user needs.
Identifies strategic alliances / equity agreements with external organizations to support growth strategies.
Builds organizational capability through high bar staffing and succession planning within their product line.
Improvement of the business process and implementation skills.
Benchmarking competition and ensures that our product features provide a value proposition to our end customers
Prioritization of the project portfolio based on regional growth, resources required, financial returns, and strategic alignment.
Ensures effective product development plans that supports strategic initiatives for profitability. 
Aftermarket channel development and management
Ensures effective product development and/or service solution development that drives profitable growth.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related
Results oriented and highly adaptable person
Strong decision making skills
Leadership, communication and influencing skills sufficient to effectively manage a multi-cultural, matrixes and global organization with a diverse workforce.
