Report to：Project Director + GM

Location：Ji’ning City Shandong province

Responsibilities：

1. This position can be a good and right candidate of production manager after plant starts operation.
2. Be responsible for the coordination of all engineering aspects of a project to ensure completion of the project on schedule and compliance with engineering document.
3. Be responsible for the day‑to-day functioning of the design, and construction ensuring conformance to the project scope and philosophy and application of sound, innovative engineering to attain the cost and schedule targets presented in the A.R.
4. Be responsible for the engineering work.
5. To ensure all the erection work run smoothly. Keep contact with EPC contractor and project director, keep engineering international team informed of any engineering change or problem, or trouble shooting.
6. Deeply involve the project detail engineering, working together with company multi-national engineering team and EPC contractor. Initiate engineering proposal and ideas, make the process engineering with reasonable cost control and avoid potential safety risk.
7. Give suggestion of vendors selection
8. To comply with all safety, environmental Legislative and Regulatory norms.
9. During project detail engineering stage, ensure all the engineering work to follow company criteria ,
10. To ensure the project purchased equipment upon approved drawing and specification, and ensure erection quality upon approved drawings.
11. During start up period to perform as a specialist to ensure the project commissioning and start up smoothly.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, chemical engineering or chemical machinery or related similar major in university 
2. Above 10 years working experience in foreign company in chemical industry.
3. Construction New plant experience is plus.
4. Can use English working, good at reading and written, can speak English with chemical process area.
