Title：Sourcing Manager（Components）
Report to： Supply Manager （base in European Headquarters）
Location：Beijing

Profile that is suitable for the sourcing role :

- At least 5 years sourcing experience, very active at find new suppliers, and active to communicate with Swedish colleague. Buyer experience or material planning material is a plus but not as important as sourcing experience.

- Self-starter. Keep on chasing the defined role without immediate supervising. Can self-manage time spending with given work target.

-Components buying experience is strongly recommended, EMS managing experience suggested. 

- Fluent English.

- Can work on strategy level, can also work on very detail daily work level, such as packing delivery, dispatch express etc.

- University degree. 

- Willing and actively communicating with colleague locally and internationally.

- Willing to take undefined occasional cases such as unplanned demand from Beijing office or Japan office etc. 

- Experience of working with middle-small scale unprofessional local supplier and have patient to develop them.
