Title: Plant Manager (Chemical)
Location: Yingkou, Liaoning province
Responsibilities:
1. Overall managing the plant operations including production, HSE, quality, supply chain, maintenance etc.
2. Responsible for plant safety measures, production efficiency, fulfillment of sales orders and delivery of quality products to meet the customers’ expectations
3. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
4. Strong understanding of environmental rules and regulations
5. Continually improve safety, environment and health record.
Requirement
1. More than 10 years working experience in the western invested chemical plant and more than 5 years progressive operation management experience , including production, maintenance,, EHS etc.
2. Planning abilities and excellent analytical an problem solving skills are essential.
3. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational.
4. Proficient in leading, training, and facilitating teams
5. Good communication and leadership skills, result oriented and proactive.
6. English oral/written communication skills
