Sr.Manufacturing/Production Manager Manager (Manual Assembly, Electronics Plant)

Responsibilities
1.Ensure effective plant operation of assigned areas of manufacturing to meet established schedules and manual production requirements while maintaining cost control;
2.Ensure proper direction and supervision of activities in assigned areas to maintain effective utilization of personnel and equipment;
3.Execute ME functions according to the business objectives and policies & procedures. 4.Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions. Drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, head counts, administration expenses, material scrap and poor test yields due to manufacturing related defects.
5.Plan, optimize and monitor the manufacturing division’s strategy, processes and manufacturing technologies.
6.Implement various corporate initiatives such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification, etc; Develop, train, motivate and direct staff capable of achieving desired objectives and standards;
7.Plan and coordinate resources (budgets, hardware, personnel).
Requirements
1.B.S. in Engineering, Science or Mathematics from a four year college or university or equivalent combination of experience.
2.Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes
3.Leadership experience & excellent project management skills.
4.Extensive knowledge in systems which supports the Manufacturing Engineering functional process
5.Proven track record in driving and implementing change within and between functional organizations
6.Fluent business English language, intercultural experience & detailed Environment, Health and Safety know-how.
