Zenith Consulting is a boutique headhunting service provider in China, we provide strategic planning, management consulting and executive search, allocation and team building services for multinational U.S. or European enterprises and local companies.

Responsibilities:

 

1、Daily HR Operations and Processes fulfillment (Staffing and HR administration etc.).

2、Conducts talents needs analysis within each department based on the business needs, and designs related recruiting plan and implantation

3、Conduct the interview for the high level positions candidates.

4、Be responsible for maintenance of HR system.

5、Leading a team to achieve the recruitment goal

 

 

Requirements:

 

1、Bachelor degree and above

2、At least 6 years HR job experience and more than 3 years relevant working experience in HR management in a foreign manufacturing environment. 

3、Special knowledge and character

4、Familiar with labor law of national and regional level 

5、Good presentation, strong communications, organizing & inter-personal skills. 

6、Pro-active, mature, able to work in a team and in a cross- cultural environment.

7、Absolutely trustful, highly responsible; ability to work independently

8、Hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
