岗位职责：
1. Ensures products meet internal and external quality specifications.
2. Responsible for regulatory compliance and internal specifications.
3. Maintains current formula and ingredients files.
4. Prepares department for government and customer audits.
5. Maintains internal records documenting weights, temperatures, and ingredient specifications.
6. Analyzes micro-reports and Quality Assurance data.
7. Operates with internal and external Research and Development to assist in product development.
8. Manages employee’s hours, duties, and overtime for the Quality Assurance department.
9. Works with customers to determine and meet their needs.
10. Trains new employees regarding policies and procedures.
任职资格的具体描述：
1. Requires 3+ years Quality Assurance experience in a supervisory position.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
3. Requires knowledge of food and safety regulations.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English .
5. Strong PC skills.
