Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for buildings and equipment maintenance programs including Cleaning, plumbing, electrical, etc., building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and data center infrastructure

2.Work with the production dept to source the equipment as required

3.Ensure reliable performance of key related facilities, like fire fighting system and waste water treatment, etc.

4.Regularly conducts site inspections, and interacts with employees regarding issues of maintenance and repair of building, grounds facilities

5.Evaluate project progress and generate constructive and effective solutions to resolve implementation obstacles Ensures plant and facilities perfect cleanliness

7.Responsible for estimating the cost of the project, meeting the budget and schedule commitments

8.Is responsible for in vendor bid solicitation, selection and contract management

9.Liaise with suppliers and contractors to tender for services and to ensure the quality of materials and services provided by them

10.Directs, schedules workload, supervises facilities personnel and maintain high employee morale to create a quality environment

11.Communicate operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the staff to ensures that all programs and procedures/policies are being implemented/ adhered to

12.Planning, directing, and monitoring the performance of subordinates

Requirements：

1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or Facility/Engineering Management

2.5+ years related work experience

3.Experienced on cost saving

4.Be able to read and work with blueprints

5.Good problem solving skills

6.Have the experience on construction and facility installation/ repairing/ improvement project management

7.High availability (night shifts, holidays work, emergencies…)

8.At least take the team leader over 5 people

9.Business oriented and good communicator ,stress resistant
