Responsibilities:

1. Support the Operations Director, a Swiss expert, for the time being

2. Organize production according the ERP

3. Ensures and follow the quality of the production

4. Organize the daily/weekly maintenance and corrective and preventive maintenance plan

5. Proactively controls production budget

6. Support NPI projects

7. Ensures 5S, safety management, and Lean implementation

8. Optimize the production efficiency, product quality control and reduce production cost.

9. Prepare corrective action plans and follows up their implementation in order to ensure to meet the schedule

10. Give suggestion on improving products design to identify different products, to enhance quality

11. Support the design of new fixtures and the optimization of devices

12. In order to complete the main objectives, suggest investment on manufacturing equipment. Support sourcing, installation and maintenance of this equipment

13. Analyze and improve process of production, plant layout, manufacturing systems, assembly and quality control, and implement these improvements

14. Improve the production process to increase working efficiency.

15. Work closely with other Dept. to provide direct support in company work across shifts to ensure team are focused on achieving objectives

Requirements：

1. Minimum 8 years’ experience in mechanical, especially in machining. Metrology an asset.

2. Experience in ERP and computer 

3. Multidisciplinary (Mechanical works, Electronics, good at “do-it”). Good understanding of technical issues

4. Strong leadership and management experience

5. Comprehensive analysis capability Self-motivated, Flexible, good communication. Good at conflicts solving

6. Team spirit

7. Very good stress resistance

8. Multitasking

9. Strong experience in Lean environments and Lean implementation.
