Responsibility

 Lead the specification, development and implementation of manufacturing plant, jigs, fixtures and processes

 Lead the organization of manufacturing cells to promote efficiency, ensuring targets are met for OEE and product Quality

 Liaise with Design, Production and Supply Chain departments to ensure manufacturing conforms with the required performance criteria and to evaluate new designs (DFM / DFA) and progress new product introduction (NPI) smoothly into the factory. 

 Liaise with customer engineering and quality functions throughout the NPI process and during on-going production as required

 Liaise with third party suppliers or sub-contractors as required, ensuring that plant, equipment or services are provided on time and to agreed specification

 Work cross-functionally with Production Manager, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Operatives and Quality department to ensure robust Standard Work Instructions are developed and maintained for all new products / equipment

 Carry out robust Process Validation for all new and/or existing manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements

Authorizations

 Represent Product Management and Sound Solutions internally and externally in product related matters for the product group receivers and speakers. Customer interaction is to be aligned with sales (usually the KAM).

 product specifications and roadmaps for the product group speakers and receivers  to be released in the ITM Team

 Define product pricing and pricing strategy with final approval from Business

 Segment Leader.
