· Plan and implement sales activities and market development to fulfill company’s goals
· Assist GM to formulate and implement sales strategy, including pricing and advertising
· Make and execute sales target including profitability
· Plan, coordinate and manage sales & marketing resources according to the agreed budget
· Responsible for visiting customer and market regularly and implementation of the customer retention & development
· Develop and maintain good relationship with customers, provide support/solution to meet customer’s requirements
· Collect, analyze & update information about customers, market and competitors for new project/customer acquisition
· Take responsibility of fulfilling all commercial process
· Provide sales report and statistic analysis
· Coordinate sales project; Build and improve sales processes
· Communicate & optimize the cross-function cooperation with other departments, e.g. purchasing, production and quality
· Report to General Manager
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification:
· University degree or above, major in engineering/mechanical/automobile manufacture or related
· About 5 years’ sales working experience
· Familiar with sales process of automobile industry
· Strong ability of cost analysis & product pricing skills
· Self-motivated, responsive and acute market insight
· Good communication skill
· Good command of oral & written English
