Report to: General Manager 
Location: Beijing

Responsibility:
1. Set up and improve the procedure & policy of finance department
2. Check and approve the accounting vouchers prepared by subordinates
3. Monthly accounting period closure on time and make sure all ledgers are matched
4. Preparation of structure expense reports and analysis with budget 
5. Projects valuation report and the related comparisons with budget
6. Review PRC GAAP reports prepared by supervisor
7. Cash flow forecast and financial position reports
8. Cooperating with annual audits
9. Training, Supporting and managing all the staff for any clarification, issues.

Requirement:
1. At least BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2. +6 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years at a Managerial level (Chief Accountant or Finance Manager)
3. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
